Graphite One Inc. is making strategic moves to raise its profile and enhance visibility with investors as it plans to establish a complete U.S.-based supply chain for advanced graphite materials. The company has announced a partnership with Digitonic Ltd., an investor relations firm based in Glasgow, Scotland, to provide marketing and investor relations services.
Under the agreement, Digitonic will focus on the North American market by providing content creation, distribution, and advertising services for a monthly fee of US$50,000 for a 12-month period. The partnership aims to increase Graphite One’s exposure to both institutional and retail investors as the company progresses towards the completion of its feasibility study by the end of 2024.
Graphite One’s ambitious supply chain strategy will reduce the United States’ current dependence on imported natural graphite by developing a domestic solution anchored by its Graphite Creek resource. The plan includes the development of manufacturing facilities for advanced graphite material and battery anode material, as well as a recycling facility to reclaim graphite and other battery materials in a circular economy approach.
With the company’s focus on becoming a producer of synthetic and natural anode active materials for lithium-ion electric vehicle batteries and energy storage systems, Graphite One’s Project is set to become a vertically integrated enterprise. The completion of the feasibility study in December 2024 is expected to pave the way for a production decision, marking a significant milestone in the company’s path to becoming a leading player in the graphite industry.
