AMG declares last dividend for 2023

AMG Critical Materials N.V. Announces Dividend Payment to Shareholders

AMSTERDAM, 8 May 2024 – AMG Critical Materials N.V. (“AMG”, EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: “AMG”) delighted investors during the Annual General Meeting held on May 8, 2024, by announcing the approval of a dividend of €0.60 per ordinary share for the financial year 2023. This comes after an interim dividend of €0.40, which was paid on August 9, 2023, and deducted from the total payout, leaving the final dividend per ordinary share at €0.20.

The final dividend payment is scheduled to be completed on or around May 15, 2024, and will go to shareholders of record as of May 13, 2024. The ex-dividend date for this payment is May 10, 2023, and Dutch withholding tax at a rate of 15% will be deducted from the dividend amount.
